Enrootment Method - Bodywork

Trauma‑informed bodywork to explore and transform what lives in your body.

Meeting yourself through the body

Not everything we carry lives in thought - much of it lives in posture, tension, and the body’s memory.

Enrootment Method Bodywork creates trauma‑informed space where the body guides what can be felt, released and integrated.

Here, held patterns and unspoken experience get the space to show themselves - not as “problems to fix,” but as lived material that can be acknowledged and allowed to shift.

This is not about calm for calm’s sake — it is about moving what has been held, so life can move through you more freely and clearly.

Real change isn’t just about soothing; it is about feeling and responding from within your own system, with presence and clarity.

Not only regulation - but integration.

How a session works

A session lasts +/- 2 hours.

We begin with a short conversation about what is currently present in your life.
The bodywork takes place fully clothed on a mat. Comfortable clothing such as yoga or sportswear is recommended.

The work may include:

  • attentive, grounded touch

  • work with pressure points

  • gentle movement of the body

  • somatic awareness

  • energetic work

The process always follows your nervous system, your needs and personal boundaries.
At the end of the session, there is space for integration and reflection.
