In this space, your body becomes the doorway, your emotions become teachers, and your energy becomes the guide back to your deeper self.

You don’t need to prepare, perform, or have it all figured out.

Reiki, meaning “universal life force” in Japanese, is a subtle energy practice that supports body, mind, and spirit in restoring balance and flow. Gentle hands-on or hands-above-body guidance helps energy move where it is most needed, promoting relaxation, clarity, and alignment.
This is a space for quiet presence, inviting you to step out of doing and simply be. Stress softens, thoughts settle, and a sense of harmony spreads through your body, emotions, and mind.
You remain fully clothed, lying comfortably, while subtle energy shifts encourage renewed vitality and well-being.
Each session includes a brief conversation before and after to attune to your needs and support integration. If deeper discussion or coordination is needed, we can decide together whether to postpone the energetic treatment in favour of a ‘from heart to heart’ session.
Duration ± 60 minutes
A space in which you feel your body while your heart speaks.
This is not about analysing, categorising, or putting things into boxes. Not about forcing a label or a name onto things, or quickly arriving at a conclusion or a solution, or gaining more wisdom and knowledge.
It is a space in the present, detached from past and future. Fully in the now. Fully with yourself. Entirely for you.
Here you are allowed to speak your truth. Without shame, without judgement, without explanation, without verdict. To move from the mind into the body.
Whatever occupies you, here it is allowed to be spoken, felt, and experienced.
During our exchange, we consciously devote ourselves to your body, the breath, the heartbeat, and all the subtle stirrings within you. Everything is allowed to be perceived here.
