Living From The Inside Out

Authenticity - Coming home to your self

Somewhere along the way, most of us learned to wear masks; to take on roles; to meet the expectations of others; to make ourselves smaller.

And in doing so, we can lose touch with parts of who we are; with our needs, desires and boundaries; with our expression.

There is an aliveness, a joy, a tenderness in coming back to those parts; in feeling ourselves; in embodying the fullness and realness of who we are.

When was the last time you felt fully yourself?

Not the version that adapts, shrinks, takes care of others, or keeps everything together.

But the version that feels honest; alive; real.

(Un)authenticity may live in our relationships; in the choices we make; in our voice; in our boundaries; in our longings...

This morning is an invitation to meet yourself with curiosity and openness, and to explore what authenticity means and feels like in your own lived experience; right here, right now.

What is waiting for you

Cacao ceremony
A gentle arrival into the space.
Time to settle, connect and set an intention for the morning.

Meditation
An invitation to slow down, listen inward and connect with yourself.

Journaling
Guided reflection through open questions and self-inquiry.

Sharing
A space to connect to self and others through authentic expression.

Enrootment Method Bodywork
We'll create a safe and supportive group space in which everyone will receive 1:1 bodywork from Jemma and Sarah. Working with what is present in the body, we create space for awareness, connection and embodied experience.

Movement & Closing Circle
A gentle integration of the morning and space to bring the experience into completion.

No prior experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are.

The Facilitators

Sarah

Driven by my own journey of growth and healing, I've explored many different paths.

Again and again, life brought me back to the same place: the courage to be honest about what is really there.

My background is in social work, mindfulness, yoga, authentic relating and trauma-informed bodywork, but more than anything, I'm passionate about exploring what it means to be fully human; to feel; to express; to live and move from a place that feels true.

My work is rooted in presence, openness and gentleness. I create trauma-informed spaces where all parts of you are welcome, and where we can meet ourselves with honesty, curiosity and compassion.

Jemma

Inspired by life in all its light and shadow.

Presence, depth, and a way of being that goes beyond technique - that is what I bring. Going deep feels natural to me, unafraid of breaking taboos, at home in the places most of us are taught to avoid. Because it is there that truth and transformation come alive.

More than the mind's constructions, I trust the body's intelligence. And I meet people exactly where those two are still learning to talk to each other.

Trauma-informed and rooted in lived experience, my work is for those who are ready to stop performing and start listening to themselves.

For me, this isn't a job. It's a path I keep choosing to walk.
